All event hosts are responsible for cleaning up the trail within 24 hours of the end of the event. You may be asked to put down a deposit fee to ensure that any damages or litter are covered. Your deposit will be refunded once the trail has been inspected and no issues with damage or cleanliness are found. By checking the box you are stating that you understand this policy.

Your request to host your event at the Old Frisco Trail must be approved by a member of the Cavanal Outdoor Recreation Program before you can start preparing the trail for your event.
